Trustees and Fiduciaries is a 100% locally owned and staffed company based in the Cook Islands. The owners have been involved in the offshore financial and trustee services industry since its inception in the Cook Islands. We provide trustee services to an international clientele including New Zealand, Australia and the United States. All invoices are in USD.
Our mission and our goal is to continue to provide trustee services that are innovative and cutting-edge, drawing on over 50 years of combined experience.
The ownership, management and control of Trustees and Fiduciaries is specially structured to protect clients against litigation. Our directors, shareholders, management and operations are resident and located in the Cook Islands. Because of this Trustees and Fiduciaries is not exposed to attempts to enforce a judgment of an onshore Court in a third jurisdiction.
